Modern art – An installation piece made up of symbols

Meano Anto

No doubt about it, it's a Mac

Checked out Fash Bash at the Art Museum and bought nothing.... sigh. A pendant I liked cost 85 bucks. I ain't gonna pay that for a fun item.

Discovered that admission to the museum galleries was free so took a peek at the offerings.

By the way, pictures were taken before I was told that no photography was allowed in the galleries.

Sunday at Dempsey

Being such a sucker for flea markets, I made myself present at the Black Market at House. The theme was art and I was ready to fork out some dollars for this piece.

But when I returned after 30 minutes, it looked totally destructed. Sigh, thought I finally found something I could stick on my walls.

Other than that, found nothing to buy, though i really loved the atmosphere.

We stopped by Jones the grocer for a drink. No better place to be on a Sunday afternoon.

Flea & Easy

The only time i go to zouk nowadays is during the Flea & Easy market. I seem to be able to find something to buy there every single time. Even if i didn't, i'd still go, i think. It's got a great vibe to it.

Look what I found this time.

Night at the museum

Went to the Night Festival at Singapore National Museum last Friday. Have never seen so many people in the museum, and at such a late hour. Think that was great! There is an increasing list of interesting things that happen in our city and most of them are not half bad. The "Dancing Sky" performance by Studio Festi was part Cirque du Soleil, part ballet, part opera. I though the visual effects were fresh and for a free event, more than what I expected.
